T K Lakshman Kandasamy has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. T K Lakshman began their career in 1996 as a Team Leader at Nittany Decision Services Pvt. Ltd., where they were responsible for handling a team of 15 associates and preparing MIS reports. T K Lakshman continued as a Team Leader at Nittany Outsourcing Services and Nittany Decisions until 2003. In 2003, they joined Omega Healthcare Management Services as a Senior Manager - Operations and worked in this role until 2012. During their tenure at Omega, they also served as Vice President - Coding services and Director - Project Management Office (PMO). From 2012 to the present, they have held the position of Vice President - Transition Management Office and Senior Vice President - Operations at Omega Healthcare Management Services.

T K Lakshman Kandasamy attended the University of Madras from 1992 to 1995, where they earned a B.A. degree in Economics. Prior to that, from 1991 to 1992, they studied Business/Commerce, General at K.V. Air Force Station Avadi.
