Thas Naseemuddeen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Starting in 2005, they worked as a Graduate Assistant at San Diego State University, where they conducted research constructs for Consumer Behavior/IMC studies and played a central communications role for the Centre for Integrated Marketing Communications. In 2007, they became a Brand Planner at The Lambesis Agency, where they worked until 2010. From 2010 to 2011, they were a Strategic Planner at TBWA\Chiat\Day. Thas then joined Team One as a Senior Strategic Planner, leading digital/social strategy for Lexus and spearheading the integrated launch of the 2013 GS. In 2011, they moved to Bartle Bogle Hegarty (BBH) as a Senior Strategist, assisting in building up the Los Angeles office and working with clients such as Google, Red Bull, Disney, and Paramount Studios. In 2013, they transitioned to freelance work as a Strategist before joining Deutsch as a Planning Director in 2013 and later becoming VP, Group Strategy Director. Thas then joined Omelet in 2015 as a Partner and Chief Strategy Officer, and eventually became the Chief Executive Officer in June 2019. Most recently, in 2022, they joined The Creative Ladder as a Board Member.
Thas Naseemuddeen has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Development from UC San Diego. Additionally, Thas has obtained a Master of Business Administration degree from San Diego State University, with a dual focus on Marketing and Management.
