Jessie Kim

Jessie Kim currently serves as a Senior Associate in Global Compensation at OMERS, having progressed from the role of Associate in the same department. With a solid academic background, Jessie obtained a Master of Science in Management from the Smith School of Business at Queen's University and an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from the Lazaridis School of Business & Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University. Previous experience includes roles as a Graduate Research Assistant and Graduate Teaching Assistant at the Smith School of Business, as well as internships at CIBC and McKinsey & Company. Jessie's research and teaching experience were further developed during positions at the Schulich School of Business and the Lazaridis School. Additionally, Jessie worked as a Special Needs Aide at York Support Services Network early in their career.
