Global Process Lead - Compensation & Variable Pay at Norsk Hydro

Lewis Ruben has over 20 years of work experience in human resources and employee benefits. Lewis started their career as a Pensions Administrator at Scottish Equitable in 1997. Lewis then worked in various roles at Capita HR & Payroll Services, including as a Consultant and Team Leader in the Employee Benefits Team. In 2009, they joined Avis Budget Group as a Car Rental Agent, providing him with an introduction to the Norwegian employment market. In 2011, they joined Norges Bank Investment Management as a Senior HR Advisor and SuccessFactors System Manager. Lewis was responsible for employee benefits, HR reporting, and global mobility and tax advisory services. In 2019, they moved to Norges Bank as a Senior Human Resources Advisor, where they provided expert advice and support to the Compensation and Benefits Group and managed the implementation and development of SuccessFactors. Currently, they are working at Norsk Hydro as the Global Process Lead for Compensation & Variable Pay.

Lewis Ruben completed their undergraduate education from 1992 to 1997 at The University of Edinburgh, earning an MA (Hons) in Economics.
