Kathy Godinho

Kathy Godinho, CAMS, currently serves as the Director of Compliance & Ethics at OMERS since January 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Manager of AML Compliance Operations at Wave HQ, where significant improvements were achieved in onboarding processes and regulatory compliance. Additionally, Kathy contributed as a Senior AML/ATF Analyst at Promontory Financial Group, focusing on AML compliance reviews, and worked at Capital One and State Street in various analytical and compliance roles. Kathy began her career as a Head Merchandiser at Le Chateau and later as an Executive Assistant at Harvey Kalles Real Estate Ltd. Kathy holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from York University.
