Faizal Fazlil Ilahi Ctal

Faizal Fazlil Ilahi CTAL, PRINCE2 is an experienced Senior Business Consultant and Test Manager currently with OMESTI since February 2019, where responsibilities include managing the Testing Team and overseeing the testing process. Previous experience includes co-founding Bugs Detective, where Faizal focused on crowdtesting solutions, and working as a Freelance Software Tester, executing tests on Oracle Siebel CRM among other projects. Faizal has held positions at BT as a Senior Software Tester, Telekom Malaysia as an Assistant Manager in Software QA, and IBM as an IT Specialist. Additionally, teaching roles were held at Selangor International Islamic University College. Faizal holds a Master's degree in Information Technology Management from Universiti Teknologi MARA and a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Engineering from Multimedia University.
