John McAchran

John McAchran has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. John is currently working at OneMain Financial as the Vice President - Digital Collections Strategy, where they lead cross-functional teams and drives the development of a dynamic collections platform. Previously, at Citizens Bank, they optimized recovery capabilities and increased returns in a credit portfolio as a Vice President. At Nordstrom, John leveraged portfolio segmentation and crafted credit risk triggers as the Manager of Decision Science. John also held positions at Santander Consumer USA Inc., CapRock Services, Robert Half International, Washington Mutual, Bank of Internet, USA, JM Consulting, and Cardinal Health, where they gained experience in risk management, pricing, strategy, underwriting, and financial consulting.

John McAchran earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance from New Mexico State University. John also obtained a certification in Inclusive Leadership from LinkedIn in 2018.
