Gerard van der Molen

Gerard van der Molen currently serves as Teammanager Toezicht & Handhaving at Regionale Uitvoeringsdienst Drenthe since June 2022. Previously, from June 2015 to June 2022, Gerard held the position of Teamhoofd regioteams at CNV Vakmensen, where leadership was provided to five multifunctional teams and involvement in the management team was undertaken. Gerard's experience as a Bestuurder and Onderhandelaar involved advocacy and negotiation for various collective labor agreements in the Industry and Business Services sectors, alongside managing complex negotiation processes.
