Lisa Smith is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Omicelo since March 2024, Lisa oversees human resources for Omicelo Investments and its associated companies, Havenside Construction Group and Oakwell Operating Group. Prior experience includes a tenure as Human Resources Manager at Tenova from March 2011 to March 2024, and Human Resources Director at Focus On Renewal from March 2008 to March 2011. Earlier in the career, Lisa held positions as a Recruiter at Pennsylvania Culinary Institute, Executive Recruiter at MRINetwork, and Senior Benefits Analyst at Cigna Insurance Services. Lisa holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh.
