Anmol Chaddha has extensive work experience in various organizations and roles. Anmol is currently a Principal at Omidyar Network, where they started in 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Director of the Equitable Futures Lab at the Institute for the Future from 2018 to 2021. Before that, they worked as a Senior Policy Analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston from 2015 to 2018. Additionally, they were a Visiting Scholar at Stanford University's Center on Poverty and Inequality in 2011 and at the University of Cape Town's African Centre for Cities in 2010. Anmol also gained experience as a Policy Research Associate at the Brennan Center for Justice from 2004 to 2006, a Research Associate at the Applied Research Center from 2003 to 2004, and a Research Associate at the California Labor Federation from 2002 to 2003.
Anmol Chaddha completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley. Anmol then pursued and obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Sociology from Harvard University. Later, they completed a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Sociology & Social Policy, also from Harvard University, in 2014.
