Kanika Mehra

Kanika Mehra currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Omio, overseeing the strategic management of human capital, focusing on company culture, talent acquisition, and employee experience. Prior to Omio, Kanika held the same position at Frontiers, driving people experience for an organization dedicated to promoting open science. Kanika's extensive experience includes leadership roles at Amazon Web Services, where responsibilities encompassed managing HR functions across EMEA, and Amazon, overseeing HR Shared Services for the EMEA region. Previous positions include HR Business Partner at Infosys and Microsoft, and HR Program Manager at Citigroup, showcasing a strong background in organizational effectiveness and employee relations. Kanika holds a Master of Science in Human Resources from Penn State University.
