Nikitha Samuel

Nikitha Samuel has had a long and varied career in Human Resources. Nikitha began in 2009 as an Office Administrator at National Hospital, before moving on to HR Assistant at a Biomedical company in 2010. In 2013, they took on the role of Human Resources Officer at Repton Foundation School, and in 2015 they became an HR Operations Manager at a Confidential company, where they were responsible for the whole HR and Recruitment Cycle and for planning, proposing, implementing and updating HR Policies from time to time. Currently, they are a Talent Acquisition Operations Support Specialist at Omm IT Solutions.

Nikitha Samuel obtained a High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates from St Josephs Anglo Indian School between 1991 and 2006. Nikitha then went on to obtain a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from Malabar Christian College between 2006 and 2009. Additionally, Nikitha has a PGDCA certification from Bharathiyar University.
