Aaron Hunter is currently working as the VP of Learning and Development at Omni Federal. Prior to this role, they worked at Helios Defense Solutions as a Curriculum Developer and then as a Senior Instructor. Aaron also served as the Chief Executive Officer at Uncle Axel's Detroit Pizza. Before transitioning to the private sector, Aaron had a distinguished career in the United States Air Force. Aaron held various roles including Manager of Advanced Signals Intelligence Systems, Flight Instructor and Evaluator, Liaison Officer, and Subject Matter Expert in Language & Analysis. Additionally, they served as the Manager of Plans, Mobility & Readiness, where they were responsible for crisis action procedures and mission planning.

Aaron Hunter has a diverse education history that spans multiple fields and institutions. Aaron began their educational journey at the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center in 2009, where they pursued an Associate of Arts degree in Arabic Language and Literature. In 2010, they completed this program.

In 2012, Aaron attended the Community College of the Air Force and obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Military Intelligence, General. The same year, they enrolled at Bellevue University and pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Aaron successfully completed this program in 2013.

Following their bachelor's degree, Aaron decided to further their education in foreign languages and enrolled at the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center. In 2014, they completed an Associate of Arts degree in French Studies.

Aaron's educational pursuits also extended to entrepreneurship and project management. From 2019 to 2021, they studied at North Carolina State University, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies. During this time, they also received certification in Technology Entrepreneurship Commercialization from the same institution in December 2021.

Additionally, Aaron pursued project management at the Institute for Veterans and Military Families (IVMF), focusing on this field of study without specifying a formal degree. This engagement with the IVMF lasted until 2021.
