Marc Howard, CSPO, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in capture management. Starting at General Dynamics as a Proposal Analyst, Marc worked their way up to roles such as Capture Manager at Northrop Grumman, Independent Consultant, and Capture Manager III at Millennium Corporation. Currently serving as Sr Director of Capture at Omni Federal, Marc brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their role. Marc holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Philosophy and Business Administration from Towson University.
