Mike Gros

Mike Gros is a seasoned Strategic Technical Recruiter with experience in recruiting non-cleared and cleared technical individuals across the nation. Currently at Omni Federal since July 2024, Mike previously served as a Senior Recruiter at Marathon TS and a Federal Technical Recruiter at Omni Federal. Prior roles include delivering specialized IT and Engineering talent at Kforce Inc., assisting with campaign finance in a Senate campaign, and interning in various capacities for both football and gubernatorial campaigns. Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies from the University of South Carolina, earned between 2017 and 2020.
