Ryan Phillips

Ryan Phillips has a diverse work experience spanning from 2000 to 2020. Ryan started their career in the US Army as an Air Defense C4I Tactical Operations Center Enhanced Operator. Ryan then transitioned to work as an IT Consultant at CIO Services before joining The University of Central Missouri as an intern. Ryan later joined the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) where they held various roles including Division Chief of the Hybrid Cloud Division, Senior Program Manager/Cybersecurity, Program Manager/Software Development, Data Solutions Manager, and Web Developer. In these roles, they executed planning, programming, and execution of large budgets, developed and maintained web portals, and implemented data solutions. Ryan's most recent role was as the Director of Intelligence and Geospatial Accounts at Omni Federal since 2020.

Ryan Phillips attended the University of Central Missouri from 2006 to 2008, where they pursued a degree in Computer Information Systems with a focus on Networking. Following this, they enrolled at Webster University from 2011 to 2013, obtaining a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Information Technology Management.
