Ariel Pallares possesses a robust culinary background, currently serving as a Sous Chef at Desert Mountain Club since July 2020, progressing from Jr Sous Chef and Cook 2. Prior experience includes participation in the Marriott Voyager Manager in Training program at Marriott International, as well as roles such as Teaching Assistant at Johnson & Wales University-North Miami, where event planning and kitchen management were key responsibilities. Additionally, Ariel has interned at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company and worked as a Line Cook at Greydon House and a Garde Manger at Phuc Yea!. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts and an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training, both obtained from Johnson & Wales University.
