Josh Boering

Josh Boering, MBA, CIA, currently serves as Corporate Director of Internal Audit at Omni Hotels & Resorts since July 2018, overseeing the planning and execution of audits across operational, financial, and IT processes. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Internal Audit at Main Event Entertainment, where risk assessments were conducted to guide audit programs, and as Internal Audit Manager at CyrusOne and DynCorp International, focusing on SOX compliance and financial reporting controls. Earlier in the career, positions at T-Mobile US and Brinker International involved leading audit teams in diverse business areas. Boering holds an MBA from East Texas A&M University and a B.S. in Hospitality Administration/Management from Texas Tech University.
