Erin Colleen Grant

Erin Colleen Grant, CIA, CFE, currently serves as the Director of Corporate Internal Audit at Rocket Lab, leading the transformation of the SOX function to an in-house operation since December 2022. Previously, Erin held various roles in internal audit, including Sr. Specialist at Aerojet Rocketdyne, where responsibilities included managing audit teams and conducting financial and compliance audits while ensuring adherence to IIA Standards. Erin's extensive experience encompasses positions at Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority, National Democratic Institute, USAC, H & R Block, American Institute of Physics, Calibre CPA Group, Ernst & Young, LLP, and the Office of Personnel Management, with a consistent focus on risk assessment, audit planning, training, and compliance. Erin holds a B.S. in Accounting from King's College.
