Oskar Burger currently serves as a Senior Quantitative Specialist at OMNI Institute, a position held since April 2022. Prior to this, Oskar was the Director of Design and Development at the Center for Applied Cognitive Science from September 2021 to April 2022. Oskar also worked as Program Manager and Research Scientist at The University of Texas at Austin from June 2018 to April 2022, managing data analysis for significant projects focused on maternal and newborn health in rural India and developing a QAQC system for an international education project. Oskar's experience further includes roles as Program Manager at SpecPro, Inc., Lecturer in Biological Anthropology at the University of Kent, and several postdoctoral fellowships in research and database management at institutions such as the Max Planck Institute and Stanford University. Oskar holds a PhD in Anthropology from The University of New Mexico, along with a Master's degree from Colorado State University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Wyoming.
