Fatime Fodeibou

Fatime Fodeibou is an accomplished customer care professional with extensive experience in managing customer relations and team leadership. Currently serving as the Customer Care Manager at Omni since February 2024, Fatime previously held the same title at My Jolie Candle from February 2022 to September 2023. Fatime's earlier roles include Team Lead at Virtuo (June 2019 - February 2022) and CRM and Business Development Manager at Holidog (May 2018 - May 2019), along with internship experience in business development and CRM at Holidog (July 2016 - February 2017). Fatime began a career at Callacts as a Store Manager from 2013 to 2015. Educationally, Fatime holds a Bachelor’s Degree and a Master of Business Administration, both in Finance, from Paris ESLSCA Business School, completed between 2015 and 2016.
