Cassandra Lalisan

Cassandra Lalisan has a range of work experience in the research and laboratory fields. Cassandra worked as a Research Associate II at OmniAb, Inc. starting in 2023. Prior to that, they were a Research Associate at Graphite Bio, where they performed various sequencing and library preparation tasks, collaborated with cross-functional teams, and presented project updates. Cassandra also worked as a Research Associate at Zymergen for a brief period in 2021. Cassandra had a role as a Quality Control Associate at Atara Biotherapeutics in 2021 as well. Previously, they worked as a SARS-CoV-2 Diagnostic Laboratory Technician at One Health Labs and as an Undergraduate Student Researcher and Research Assistant at UC Santa Barbara. Earlier in their career, Cassandra served as a Laboratory Technician Assistant at Los Angeles Pierce College, where they supervised volunteers and led independent experiments. Cassandra also has experience as a Manager at Kumon North America, Inc., where they tutored and adapted study plans for students, trained other tutors, and had direct communication with parents.

Cassandra Lalisan received an Associate's degree in General Studies from Los Angeles Pierce College between 2015 and 2018. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General at UC Santa Barbara from 2018 to 2020.
