David Azzolina

David Azzolina currently serves as President of Omnicare, a CVS Health company, since July 2020. Prior to this role, David held several prominent positions within CVS Health, including Vice President and CFO from July 2013 to June 2020 and Vice President of Finance at CVS Caremark Corporation from May 2011 to February 2012. David's experience also includes serving as Chief Operating Officer at NaviHealth, Inc. and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Medicare Part D at Universal American Corporation. David began their career in various financial positions at Bioproducts and worked as Treasurer at CBIZ. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business and an MBA in Finance from The University of Akron.
