Aline Soares

Aline Soares has a solid work experience, starting in 2016 as an Auxiliar Administrativo at Shopdiadia. During their time there, they were responsible for various tasks such as customer service, issuance of invoices and invoices, handling of e-commerce platforms, and coordinating with transport companies. Aline also developed reports in Excel and trained new employees. Aline worked at Shopdiadia until December 2018.

In 2019, Aline joined VHSYS - Sistema de Gestão Empresarial Online, where they initially worked as an SDR, prospecting potential clients and scheduling meetings for the sales team. Aline had constant communication with customers through phone, email, and chat. From November 2019 to May 2020, they worked as an Inside Sales, delivering qualified leads and updating the CRM system.

Currently, Aline is working at OmniChat as a BDR/SDR, starting in December 2020.

Aline Soares attended Universidade Positivo from 2016 to 2018 where they obtained a Bachelor of Technology - BTech degree in Gestão Comercial. Additionally, in June 2022, they obtained a certification in Software HubSpot Sales from HubSpot Academy.
