Diana Oh Chang has worked in a variety of roles in the fashion industry. From 2004 to 2006, they worked as a Human Resources Assistant at Macy's and a Fashion Production Assistant at VF Corporation. From 2005 to 2006, they were a Fashion Assistant at W Magazine. In 2008, they became the Director General at Fashion Clinic, a large and dynamic apparel manufacturing company. From 2021 to 2022, they worked as an Advisor and Head of Commercial Operations at Loopi, where they were part of the founding team and was responsible for building partnerships for growth and value. Currently, they are the Head of Customer Success at OmniChat.

Diana Oh Chang obtained their High School Diploma from Chapel School in 2000. Diana then attended Centro Universitário Senac, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts in Fashion/Apparel Design in 2004. In 2005, they enrolled in the Fashion Institute of Technology, where they studied Fashion Merchandising. From 2010 to 2012, they earned a Postgraduate Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. In February 2022, they obtained a Customer Success Management Fundamentals certification from LinkedIn.
