Michel Ferreira

Michel Ferreira has extensive work experience in product management and development. Michel currently holds the position of Product Manager at OmniChat since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Avalara as a Product Manager from November 2021 to September 2022. From August 2019 to August 2021, they served as a Product Manager at VTEX The True Cloud Commerce Platform.

Before their roles in product management, Michel worked at TOTVS from July 2017 to July 2019 as a Product Owner. Prior to that, they held various positions including Project Analyst and SMB Innovation Team Leader for Ciashop By TOTVS. Michel started their career at TOTVS as a Programmer in February 2010 and left in August 2012.

Michel's earlier work experience includes serving as a Development Manager at Vaicer Representa\u00e7\u00f5es Internacional Ltda from September 2007 to January 2010, where they were responsible for maintenance, customization, and integration of the platform, as well as developing enterprise tools for internal use. Michel also worked as a Programmer at Ferna Sistemas from August 2006 to September 2007, where they developed CRM on demand and websites for businesses.

Michel Ferreira attended Faculdade Santa Cruz from 2008 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Sistemas de Informação. In addition, they have acquired several certifications throughout their career. In 2015, they earned the MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional certification and the MCSD: Web Applications certification from Microsoft. Later in 2018, they obtained the UX-PM level 1 certification from UXalliance and completed the Trilha Técnica Ciashop by TOTVS program at Ciashop. Their most recent certification is the CLF® – Certified Lean Inception Facilitator® from an institution of the same name, acquired in February 2019.
