Elaine F. Stein is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the advertising and law sectors. Currently serving as General Counsel for Omnicom Advertising Group since January 2025, Elaine previously held the position of Worldwide General Counsel at TBWA\Worldwide from December 2004 to February 2025. Elaine's legal career began as an Associate at O'Sullivan Graev & Karabell from 1994 to 1997, followed by a partnership at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP from July 1997 to November 2004. Elaine holds a JD from Cardozo School of Law, along with a BS in Economics and Marketing and a BA in Psychology from The Wharton School and the University of Pennsylvania, respectively.
