Jessica Lustig, PHR, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Jessica currently holds the position of Senior Director, Human Resources at Omnicom Health Group, where they are responsible for building sustainable engagement, retention, and diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies. Jessica Lustig, PHR, SHRM-CP began their education at the University of Richmond, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Leadership Studies from 2007 to 2011. In 2010, they had the opportunity to study abroad at the Danish Institute for Study Abroad, focusing on Psychology. Jessica has also obtained various certifications throughout their career, including the PHR (Professional in Human Resources) from HRCI (HR Certification Institute) in 2014 and the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in 2015.
