Jessica Lustig, PHR, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Jessica currently holds the position of Senior Director, Human Resources at Omnicom Health Group, where they are responsible for building sustainable engagement, retention, and diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies. Prior to this role, they served as an HR Director and HR Business Partner at TBWA\\WorldHealth, also part of the Omnicom Health Group network. In these positions, they designed and executed talent management programs, oversaw employee relations and performance management, and led initiatives for talent development.

Jessica is an Official Member of the Forbes Human Resources Council, where they contribute their expertise and insights. Jessica also served as a Board Member and Founder & Chair of the HR Interest Group at New York City SHRM. Jessica Lustig, PHR, SHRM-CP began their education at the University of Richmond, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Leadership Studies from 2007 to 2011. In 2010, they had the opportunity to study abroad at the Danish Institute for Study Abroad, focusing on Psychology. Jessica has also obtained various certifications throughout their career, including the PHR (Professional in Human Resources) from HRCI (HR Certification Institute) in 2014 and the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in 2015. Jessica further enhanced their knowledge and skills by completing a Human Resources Leadership course from eCornell in 2021 and will be obtaining the Foundations of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging certification from LinkedIn in 2023.
