Kim Magnotta

Kim Magnotta has extensive work experience in human resources and talent management. Kim has held various leadership roles in different companies. From 2017 onwards, they have been working at Omnicom Health Group, first as an Associate Director, HR, and then as a Director, HR & Benefits. In these roles, they developed relationships with C-level executives and provided HR consulting and coaching services. Kim also led and managed the Benefits team. Prior to that, in 2017, they worked as the Director of Talent at O3 World, where they collaborated with executives to establish a pay-for-performance culture and managed all HR functions. From 2014 to 2016, they served as the Senior Director of Talent Strategy at Razorfish/Publicis Groupe, where they led and managed multiple agencies and contributed to talent programs and initiatives. In their earlier career at Rosetta Marketing and Advertising, they held the positions of Director, Human Resources and HR Manager, where they provided consulting services, managed employees across multiple offices, and oversaw various HR functions.

Kim Magnotta received a Certification in Human Resources from Villanova University in 2003. Later on, they obtained a Masters Certification in Human Resources from the same institution in 2017. In addition, Kim acquired several additional certifications including Managing Stress, Fred Kofman on Managing Conflict, Teamwork Foundations, Building Business Relationships, Influencing Others, Lominger Competencies, and Training.
