Laura Santiago-Seestadt

Laura Santiago-Seestadt, SPHR has a wide range of experience in the field of Human Resources. Laura has held various roles at different companies, showcasing their expertise and adaptability.

In 2006, they started their career as a Learning and Development Coordinator at UBS. Laura then moved on to work as an HR Recruiting Coordinator at The Hired Guns in 2007. After that, they joined LBi US in 2008 as a Senior HR Administrator.

In 2012, Laura transitioned to DeCrescente Dist. Co., Inc. as an HR Generalist before joining Huge as an Associate Director, HR. At Huge, they held this position for four years until 2016.

Following their time at Huge, Laura worked at Interbrand as an Associate Director, HR from 2016 to 2017. Laura then joined SOCIALFLY® as an HR Director from 2017 to 2018.

Currently, Laura is working at Omnicom Health Group. Laura started their tenure in 2018 as an HR Business Partner and quickly climbed the ranks to become an HR Director. As of 2023, Laura holds the position of Senior Human Resources Director at Omnicom Health Group.

Throughout their career, Laura has accumulated extensive experience and demonstrated their expertise in human resources management.

Laura Santiago-Seestadt, SPHR, obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Japanese Studies from the University at Albany, SUNY from 2002 to 2006. Laura then pursued a Mountbatten Certificate in International Business from the University of Cambridge in 2006-2007. Laura has additionally earned various certifications, including the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in November 2022 and the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) Certification from HRCI in November 2021. Laura has also obtained certifications in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace and Inclusive Mindset, and is a certified #IamRemarkable facilitator.
