Gretchen Loughran

Gretchen Loughran is an experienced HR and talent systems professional with a diverse background in project management and human resource consulting. Currently serving as the Global Director of HR/Talent Systems at Omnicom Media Group since February 2022, Loughran previously held various roles at Publicis Groupe from August 2010 to January 2022, including Director of Enterprise Application Services and HR Operations/Project Manager Consultant. Loughran has extensive consulting experience, having worked with major organizations such as the City Colleges of Chicago and Stanford University to implement significant business process changes and HRIS systems. Prior roles include independent consulting for Leo Burnett and Stanford University, as well as leading HR projects at PricewaterhouseCoopers and serving as HR Manager at 3Com.
