Kaitlyn Staup is a seasoned professional in the event production and creative industry, currently serving as a Senior Producer at Omnicom Production since March 2025. As the Owner and Creative Director of KM Creations, LLC since April 2021, Kaitlyn has successfully managed numerous projects while fostering emotional entertainment solutions through multimedia installations. Previous roles include Senior Integrated Producer at FleishmanHillard and Senior Project Manager at Image Engineering, demonstrating a strong background in integrating creativity with logistics. With experience as a Logistics Area Manager at Meeting Solutions Inc. and various positions at TalkingTree Creative, Kaitlyn has developed expertise in event management, production coordination, and effective client communication. Kaitlyn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Economics from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, completed in 2012.
