Aisling Millea

Aisling Millea is an experienced producer and development manager at Riot Games, with a career spanning over a decade since joining the company in November 2011. Aisling has played a crucial role in planning quarterly goals and ensuring effective project management while promoting an Agile mindset. As Talent Program Lead, Aisling focuses on enabling talent teams to add strategic value through discovery and scope management, while maintaining transparency and fostering collaboration across teams. Earlier roles included EU Talent Programs and Events Specialist, where Aisling contributed significantly to office operations and employee experience as the company expanded. Prior to Riot Games, Aisling served as Duty Manager at Herberton Leisure, overseeing a state-of-the-art fitness facility. Aisling holds a BA in Events Management and Marketing from Dublin Business School, earned in 2015.
