Dana Hansen

Manager, Technical Support at Omnidian

Before coming to Omnidian, Dana spent 5 years working in higher education. She is passionate about helping individuals 1-1 while simultaneously solving systemic problems. During her tenure at Omnidian, Dana has spearheaded the Proactive, Technical, and Customer support teams. She oversees internal and external alert notifications for Omnidian's entire residential fleet and provides technical expertise for the Customer Support Team. She holds a BA in Earth and Space Sciences from the University of Washington, as well as a MBA in Sustainable Business and a Certificate in Sustainable Energy Solutions from Presidio Graduate School.
