Technical Support Analyst - Tier 2 at Omnigo Software

Selm Pitcher has had a diverse range of work experiences. They started their technical support career at Sheridan Institute of Technology & Advanced Learning in 2003 as an Apple Computer Technician and later became an Assistant Instructor. In 2005, they worked briefly as a Proof Reader/Data Entry Technician at Interactive Marketing. They then joined the Applied Research and Collaboration Centre at Sheridan College in 2012 as a Researcher and Programmer, where they worked on developing proof of concept projects using various software and hardware platforms. In 2013, they worked as a Game Developer at Airos Group. In 2016, they joined iView Systems as a Technical Support Analyst, a role they held until 2019. Currently, they are employed at Omnigo as a Quality Assurance Analyst and have recently transitioned into the role of a Technical Support Analyst - Tier 2.

Selm Pitcher began their education in 1998 at the University of the Fraser Valley, where they earned a Certificate in Computer Information Systems. They then attended Sheridan College from 2001 to 2003, completing a Certificate in Art Fundamentals and a year of study in E-Commerce Management. From 2003 to 2005, Selm pursued a Diploma in Advertising at Sheridan College. In 2005-2006, they attended the International Academy of Design & Technology, earning a Diploma in Video Game Design & Development. Finally, Selm Pitcher attended the Sheridan Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning from 2009 to 2013, obtaining a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Information Systems Security.
