Karin Ferngren

Karin Ferngren has over 20 years of experience in the field of executive assistance. Karin began their career in 1995 as Secretary at IHM Business School. In 1997, they moved to The Merchants Group as a Telebusiness Communicator, working on a Pan-European project on an IT Help Desk. From 2000 to 2016, they worked at The University of Northampton in various roles, including Acting PA to Executive Dean, School of Social Sciences, External Engagement Officer and PA support, and Administrator International Office. In 2016, they joined The Education Fellowship as Executive Assistant to CEO and Transition Co-ordinator. Most recently, they have been Executive Assistant To Chief Executive Officer at Omnio Group since 2019.

Karin Ferngren completed an A-level in Economics & Business Communications from Cederbladsskolan in 1990. Prior to this, they attended Linne-Komvux in 1987 and obtained a degree in Administrative Assistant and Secretarial Science, General. Karin also attended Katedralskolan Uppsala from 1981 to 1983 and obtained A-levels. In addition, they obtained a BCS Level 2 Certificate in IT User Skills (ECDL Extra) (ITQ) (QCF) from The Chartered Institute for IT in August 2012 and a Certificat Braheskolan Aix-en-Provance/France from Kursverksamheten vid Stockholms Universitet in December 1985.
