Tucker Dearth

Before joining Omnipresent, Tucker was CFO of DataGuard and Co-founder of CarePod. He has a strong foundation in SaaS-based platforms, GDPR-as-a-service, compliance, and information security regulations. He has led acquisitions, been a member of executive teams, led cross-border expansions, and closed equity and venture debt funding to support growth. At Morgan Stanley, he was responsible for principal investments across the commodities sector and a board observer for portfolio companies. Tucker works remotely from Dubai and has previously worked in Singapore, UK, and the US.
