Asha Chitrapur

Asha Chitrapur is a seasoned software architect with extensive experience in software development and engineering. Currently positioned at OmniSYS since June 2022, Asha has previously held significant roles including Senior Software Developer at Elevate and Senior Software Engineer at nThrive. With earlier experience as a Software Engineer at MedAssets and a Senior Consultant/Software Engineer at Voxai Solutions, Asha's career began at Cerner Corporation as a Software Engineer. Asha gained domain expertise in Cerner’s Millennium clinical documentation data model, implementing numerous clinical workflow-related projects. Asha's foundational experience also includes a role as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Missouri-Rolla and an IT Internship at Express-Scripts Inc, where a Forms auditing tool was designed and developed using Java and XML. Asha holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Missouri University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
