Jane Etverk

Jane Etverk is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational management, currently serving as the Omniva Change and HR Manager since July 2023. Prior to this role, Jane held the position of Head of HR and Marketing at Operail from February 2017 to June 2023, contributing to the company's operations in railway logistics. Jane has also worked as an HR Consultant for various prominent clients in Estonia and served as HR Director at AS Hoolekandeteenused, where responsibilities included developing HR strategy for a network of residential care homes. Additional experience includes a board membership at Eesti Personalijuhtimise Ühing PARE and HR Manager at the Ministry of Social Affairs of Estonia, where Jane supported significant organizational changes. Jane's early career involved performance auditing at the State Audit Office. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in public administration and social policy and a Bachelor's Degree in social sciences from Tartu University.
