Rebecca Harrington

Rebecca Harrington is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in healthcare management and advisory roles. Currently serving as an Advisor at Waymark and multiple organizations, Rebecca is the Co-Founder and CEO of The Leadership Institute, which has evolved into a senior executive membership organization comprising over 50 leading integrated health systems across 35 states. Previously, Rebecca held the position of Vice President of Operations at Diabetes Treatment Centers of America, contributing to the development of a pioneering business model in disease management. With earlier experience as Assistant Director of Operations at UCHealth, Rebecca possesses a strong foundation in healthcare operations. Rebecca earned a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from Wellesley College and a Master of Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, School of Public Health, along with a two-year fellowship in U.S. Public Health.
