Golam Morshed has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. Golam started off as an Intern at Apex Pharma Limited in 2012. Later that year, they joined Servier as a Medical Information Officer/Salesperson, where they successfully promoted and handled the business for various products, including oral antidiabetic and antihypertensive brands. In 2014, they joined Novartis as an Associate in both the Transplant and Neuroscience portfolios, achieving sustainable business growth and organizing initiatives against counterfeit medicines. Golam was eventually promoted to Senior Associate in the Neuroscience portfolio. In 2018, Golam joined Julphar as a Product Executive/Portfolio Management Officer, responsible for designing and implementing marketing strategies and achieving significant sales growth. Currently, they serve as the Marketing Lead at Omron Healthcare, leading the development of marketing strategies that aim to increase sales and strengthen market position in the cardiovascular and respiratory segments.

Golam Morshed has a Master's degree in Professional Marketing (MPM) from the University of Dhaka. Golam also holds a Master's degree in Pharmacy (MPharm) from the University of Development Alternative. In addition to their educational background, they have obtained several certifications including Microsoft Office Specialist Master Certification, "Corporate Communication & Self Leadership" certification from Listeners & Speakers Forum LSF, Performance Frontier Selling Skill certification from Novartis, and is a registered pharmacist with an A-Grade certification from the Pharmacy Council of Bangladesh. Golam also holds a motor driving license from the Bangladesh Road Transport Authority.
