Harold Kapp

Harold Kapp serves as the Head of Human Resources for Omron Industrial Automation Europe since January 2011, overseeing HR operations across 23 countries in the EMEA region. In this role, Harold focuses on aligning HR practices with business strategies, developing programs to foster employee competency, support change initiatives, and enhance staff engagement. Previously, Harold held the position of HR Manager for Southern and Eastern Europe, where collaboration with local HR management was prioritized to optimize HR efforts in alignment with business needs. Prior experience includes being an Interim HR Manager at HR Difference and serving as the European HR Director at Canon Europe, as well as holding the role of Senior HR Manager at Xerox. Harold holds a degree from Tilburg University, completed between 1990 and 1995.
