Justin Tan

Justin Tan is a seasoned Human Resources professional with experience in various roles focused on employee relations and industrial relations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at OMS Group since December 2022, Justin previously held the position of Executive in Employee Relations/Industrial Relations at Eaglestar Marine Holdings (L) Pte. Ltd. from January to November 2022. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate in Industrial Relations at Tan Chong Group from March 2019 to December 2021 and as an HR Intern at the same company earlier in 2018. Justin holds a Bachelor’s degree with Honors in Human Resource Management from Taylor's University (2016-2018) and a Foundation degree in Business and Management from the University of Nottingham Malaysia (2014-2015).
