Laina Jacobs

Laina Jacobs has a long history of work experience in the spa and yoga industry. In 2000, they began as the General Manager of The Peninsula Spa for The Peninsula Hotels. Two years later, they moved to The Fairmont Southampton as the Assistant Spa Director. In 2003, they began working for Exhale Spa as the NY Regional Spa Director. In 2010, they became the Director of Pure Programming for Pure Yoga. Most recently, in 2016, they became the Director of Operations for Omstars, a library of yogic resources.

Laina Jacobs obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Exercise Physiology from Hofstra University. In 2010, they obtained their 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher certification from Yoga Alliance. In 2011, they obtained their Prenatal Yoga Teacher certification from Yoga For Two in February and their Restorative Yoga Teacher certification from Pure Yoga in July.
