Marcel is currently serving as the Project Procurement Manager at OMV Petrom, where Marcel is responsible for defining procurement strategies and structures. Marcel has a strong background in negotiating with suppliers, analyzing performance indicators, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. Marcel holds a degree from Universitatea Petrol-Gaze din Ploiești.
