Michael Hoare

Michael Hoare is a Senior Software Engineer at On Call International, a Tokio Marine HCC Company, since November 2019. Previously, Michael served as a Software Developer and Technical Lead at Dynamics Telephony from September 2014 to November 2019, focusing on computer telephony integration for Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Michael's earlier experience includes roles as Technical Architect at CT Solutions Ltd., where custom telephony solutions were developed for clients such as the Irish Government and An Garda Siochana, and Contract Software Developer at HxPro, where a system for paramedics was created. Additional software development experience spans various financial and insurance companies, including Lehman Brothers International Ltd., Touche Ross, and Coopers & Lybrand, Deloitte. Michael holds a degree from the University of Limerick, obtained between 1984 and 1988.
