Dr. Amel Ben Youssef currently serves as a part-time lecturer at IHEC Carthage since September 2019, while also working as a credit analyst and facilitator in participatory investment planning for the Ministry of Local Affairs and Environment since August 2015. Dr. Ben Youssef has been involved with the ON MY OWN FOUNDATION since January 2010 and has been a trainer in financial analysis at the Centre de Formation et d'appui à la décentralisation since September 2015, focusing on training local government officials in Tunisia to assess their municipalities' financial situations. Prior experience includes serving as a treasurer at CPSCL from December 1999 to 2008. Dr. Ben Youssef earned a PhD in Finance from FSEGT between 2010 and 2017 and holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from IHEC Carthage, completed in 1999.
