Agnete Nyholm

Agnete Nyholm is an experienced HR Project Manager and Training Development Consultant with a strong background in developing training initiatives and enhancing employee development. Currently on parental leave since August 2021, Agnete previously held the position of HR Project Manager - Academy content lead at Netcompany, where focus was on expanding the Netcompany Academy and reshaping leadership development courses. Prior experience includes roles at Novo Nordisk, where Agnete contributed as a Training Development Project Manager and Training Development Consultant, developing strategic training projects within the CMC organization and across production. Additional roles include Learning and Training Consultant at Ambu A/S and e-learning support at Coloplast. Agnete holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Psychology from Aarhus Universitet and a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Professionshøjskolen Metropol.
