Florian Maag

Florian Maag is an experienced finance professional currently serving as CFO EMEA and Head of Corporate Finance and Investor Relations at On since October 2019. Prior to this role, Florian was VP of Group Mergers & Acquisitions at Sulzer from December 2015 to October 2019. Florian's career includes a tenure at UBS Investment Bank from September 2010 to November 2015, where Florian held the positions of Director and Associate Director in the Investment Banking Department. Florian also worked as an Associate at Bank Sal. Oppenheim jr. & Cie. in Switzerland and completed internships at UBS Investment Bank and Swiss Re, among other roles in finance. Florian holds a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Zurich and participated in the Fudan International MBA Program in collaboration with MIT Sloan in 2006.
