Jana Trckova has extensive experience in customer service and customer experience roles. Jana most recently worked at On as the Global Head of Customer Service, where they aimed to revolutionize the running experience. Prior to that, they were a B2C Project Lead Customer Experience at On. Before joining On, Jana worked at BOMBARDIER as the Global Head of Customer Experience & Learning and as a Project Manager / Tiger Team Lead at the production site. Jana also gained experience at TBM Evolution Group as a panel speaker and at GE Power and Alstom Power as Global Quality Culture and Customer Experience Leaders. Jana began their career as a Sales Executive at glh Hotels and later worked as a Market Researcher at Transcol West Africa.

Jana Trckova completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Journalism from Palacký University in Olomouc in 2009. Jana then pursued their Master of Science (MSc) in Marketing from the University of Leicester from 2013 to 2018. Additionally, in 2017, Jana attended two courses at Crotonville Alumni: GE Fastworks coach - Lean start-up methodology and Corporate Leadership Development Course with a focus on Dialogue to Decision.
